The rate of young adults aged 16-19 years old not in employment, education or training was much higher a decade ago in the majority of Glasgow City Region local authorities and reduced steadily in the majority up to 2018/19.

Notes

These estimates are based on data from a School Leavers Destinations publication and the Department for Work and Pensions. The combination of these sources is likely to underestimate the number of 16-19 year olds not in employment, education or training by approximately 20-25%.
