The chart above compares the level of domestic abuse incidents per 10,000 population with other local authorities within the Glasgow and Clyde Valley region. Glasgow has the highest level of domestic abuse incidents with 176 incidents per 10,000 population recorded in 2011/12. West Dunbartonshire has proportionally the second highest level of incidents with 158 incidents per 10,000 population.  The lowest level was recorded in East Dunbartonshire with 63 incidents per 10,000 population.
