Vandalism Offences, Glasgow and Clyde Valley
There were 9,248 vandalism offences recorded in Glasgow in 2011/12. This is a decrease of 20% compared to the previous year when 11,618 vandalisms were recorded. The chart above compares the rates of vandalism against the other Clyde Valley council areas and the Scottish average. Glasgow had the highest level of vandalism across the region. Inverclyde and West Dunbartonshire also had comparatively high levels of vandalism recorded. The lowest levels of reported vandalism were in East Dunbartonshire and East Renfrewshire.
