The numbers of looked after children in Glasgow across all categories has either declined or remained stable in recent years.  Looked after children living at home with their parents has seen the largest decrease since 2011.  In 2017, the two categories with the highest numbers were children living with friends/relatives and children living with foster carers.  There are much fewer looked after children in residential accommodation than being looked after in the community.

The figures for two categories in 2017 (community - in other community and residential - in other residential care) are suppressed due to low numbers.
