In Glasgow, 26% of properties are thought to be in need of urgent repair, around 3% lower than the figure for Scotland as a whole. This rate is higher than in Edinburgh but lower than in Dundee and Aberdeen.
Notes
Urgent disrepair: this relates to cases requiring immediate repair to prevent further damage or health and safety risk to occupants. Urgency of disrepair is only assessed for external and common elements.
