Glasgow is the second lowest of the Glasgow and Clyde Valley local authorities in terms of cleanliness, scoring 71 out of 100.  East Dunbartonshire has the highest score with 77 out of 100.

Notes

Cleanliness is measured on a scale of A to D at various sites in each area, and the range of grades recorded is then used to calculate the cleanliness index (score). A score of 67 is the minimum acceptable standard.

This indicator is quite out-of-date and cannot be updated because the underlying data are no longer collected.
