Trends
The tenure of housing in Glasgow has changed over time. From 2011 to 2018 there was an increase in private renting and a decrease in owner-occupation. Social renting had a small decrease of 1 per cent.

Social renting is renting from a Registered Social Landlord and, in Glasgow, the majority of these are housing associations.
